Principal & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Isaly is L&A’s Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Principal. He has more than 34 years of experience completing environmental assessment and remediation projects. Rick has conducted over 500 hazardous building material surveys at educational facilities, industrial sites, governmental buildings/structures and commercial properties. He also has extensive experience designing and coordinating complex asbestos abatement with significant renovation and demolition, having completed more than 40 projects with remediation costs greater than $500,000. Additionally, Mr. Isaly has survey and design experience at sites with mold, lead, mercury, PCBs, arsenic, and underground storage tank contamination concerns. Rick is an Ohio certified Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist, Asbestos Project Designer and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
