Jason Earley, PWS

Practice Leader, Ecological Resources

Mr. Earley is a Project Manager with more than 23 years of specialized ecological consulting and waterway permitting experience.  In his role as practice leader, Jason oversees wetland studies, stream assessments, threatened and endangered species/habitat surveys, including state and federally-listed mussels, and water quality monitoring projects.  He also serves as the technical lead for all state and federal waterway permitting assignments, having prepared and gained approval for numerous §401 Water Quality Certifications, §404 Individual Permit applications, and Nationwide Permit Pre-Construction Notifications for public and private sector clients.  Jason is skilled at agency coordination and negotiation and has authored permits for multiple large-scale, high profile transportation and infrastructure improvement projects including the Portsmouth Bypass and Buckeye Lake Dam Rehabilitation.  Mr. Earley is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) and prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation to perform Ecological Surveys, Wetland Permitting and Wetland Mitigation.
