The Portable Truck Concrete Batch Plant in Pataskala, Ohio (Plant #10is a new installation that required a General Permit to operate the concrete plan and an emergency generate at the site. Lawhon was contracted to prepare the Permit to Install/Operate (PTIO) to the OEPA for the proposed site. L&A prepared all required documentation and submitted the completed permit package to the OEPA on behalf of Mark Twain Redi-Mix. The permit was successfully obtained.
