City, county and state agencies were also contacted for records of problems associated with the sites. A detailed site investigation was performed to determine if there were any adverse environmental conditions present and to identify any hazardous materials at the site. L&A also conducted interviews with persons knowledgeable about past and present uses of the site. The ESA revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property.
