L&A has provided a wide range of environmental permitting services for the JD Equipment farm and garden equipment sales and service facilities located in London, Hilliard, Washington Courthouse, Lancaster, Columbus, Marion, Wilmington and Zanesville, Ohio. Based on the needs of each site, assignments have included the preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and OEPA Permit to Install and Wastewater Discharge Permits. L&A has also conducted site reviews to evaluate environmental compliance and provided technical support relative to agency directives.
