Multiple Buildings Near Arcade Square

Lawhon and Associates, Inc. has recently conducted a large-scale environmental project for a large development company located in Cincinnati for an arcade square project which involved 7 buildings, including an old “five &dime” store, and arcade and multi story abandoned apartment buildings. Five of the buildings are proposed for renovation, and two for demolition. L&A was responsible for determining all environmental hazards associated within the buildings including, but not limited to, asbestos, lead, and hazardous materials such as PCB's, mercury, and pigeon droppings.
