Senior Project Manager

Mr. Price is a Senior Environmental Project Manager. He began his career 34 years ago, assisting K-12 schools in addressing asbestos and lead concerns.  Tim has been involved in several of the largest, and most high profile, abatement projects completed at Ohio’s public institutions.  He brings extensive experience evaluating, planning for, and remediating hazardous building materials, underground storage tanks, microbial contamination and other environmental issues that may be encountered during building demolition, renovation and adaptive reuse. He leads all assignments at The Ohio State University and is intimately involved with projects completed for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Ohio Department of Mental Health and school districts across the state.  Mr. Price is an Ohio EPA certified Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist, and is a Certified Construction Specifier.
