Practice Leader, NEPA/Planning Services

Ms. Milam is a Project Manager and the NEPA Services Practice Leader.  Over her 15 year career, she has developed expertise in ecological surveys, waterway permitting, environmental document preparation, environmental commitment monitoring and public involvement. In her current role, Chantil is responsible for managing client relationships, directing environmental studies and preparing technical deliverables for the transportation sector.  She is knowledgeable of the applications and functions of the National Environmental Policy Act, as well as other federal regulations, and can assist clients in navigating the environmental requirements of projects funded at the local, state and federal levels.  Ms. Milam is prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation to complete CE Documents, Ecological Surveys and Waterway Permits.
